$18,200 recovered for victim of local car dealership

Attorney Sobczak recovered $18,200 for a victim of a local car dealership, who after taking a deposition on an allegedly ‘new’ car switched it out for another one, which had previously failed the safety inspection. The customer initially brought the complaint directly to the Quirk dealership leadership, and even the Attorneys General’s office, but was receiving the run-about and only incurring more costs and expenses. Once Sobczak Law was retained and intervened, the games playing stopped, client was promptly refunded her deposit, paid all the expenses incurred, including attorneys’ fees and costs, and was provided additional compensation for Quirk’s unfair and deceptive practices.
