A nearly million* dollars settlement was obtained for clients of Sobczak Law for the wrongful death of their parent at a local Assisted Living Facility.
In what turned out to be another case of a greedy Assisted Living Facility accepting as a resident someone who needed more care (but was able to afford their costs) the constant lack of properly trained, licensed, and supervised staff resulted in elderly resident having multiple incidents at the facility, including the unsupervised fall that lead to the death.
